Château Tour Boisée is a family estate with a rich history dating back to 1826, symbolized by a medieval tower from the 12th century. Located in the Laure-Minervois region, the estate’s vineyards thrive across varied micro-climates, with more than twenty grape varieties flourishing on soils of clay and sandstone between 90 and 220 meters in altitude. Since 2010, the estate has embraced organic farming, with hand-harvested grapes and a commitment to ancestral practices. Wine production is guided by the rhythms of the moon, with minimal intervention. Grapes are destemmed and blended according to ripeness.
