Aux Serpentieres vineyard of Jean-Michel Giboulot, a hectare of sixty-year-old Pinot Noir vines thrives. This wine unfurls with a captivating complexity on the nose, where the enchanting aroma of violets dances harmoniously with the delightful presence of sour cherries.
