Made from organic quinoa harvested in the Loire Valley, Madame Vodka stands out for its unique character and smooth texture. This quinoa is then distilled in a traditional Charentais pot still, which imparts a distinctive roundness and texture to the vodka.

After distillation, Madame Vodka is slowly reduced with pure water from the local Gensac-la-Pallue spring to achieve a balanced 40% alcohol volume.
