Order Processing & Dispatch:
• Orders received by 10:00 am AEDT will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse the following business day.
• Delivery times vary based on your location, ranging from 2 to 12 business days.
Free Standard Delivery:
• We offer free standard delivery for all orders over $200 nationwide.
• Our standard delivery service is provided by Australia Post, with the added convenience of delivering to PO Boxes or allowing you to collect from the nearest post office if you're not home to receive your package.
Express Delivery:
• For orders under $200, express delivery is available for an additional $30.
• For orders above $200, express delivery is available for an additional $15.
• Express delivery is available only in areas where ATL (Authority to Leave) is permitted. Drink Fab will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs under ATL conditions.
