Embracing the funky-fresh sparkling rebellion, Harkamp Pet Nat Orange is a delightful departure from convention. Having undergone a 2-day skin maceration to naturally capture its effervescence, it offers fragrant meadow herb and quince aromas. On the palate, it enchants with its smooth tannins and playful hints of chamomile and mint.

Harvest:Hand-harvested mid to late-August

Winemaking:The process begins with mashing the grapes and starting fermentation on the skins. The wine is then filled into the bottle for the ancestral method. Natural fermentation occurs in the bottle, and it ages on the lees for 4-6 months. During disgorgement, only the heavy parts of the yeast are removed, allowing the wine to remain cloudy, and no additional sulfur is added.

Viticulture:The Sausal region's soils are austere, primarily composed of Paleozoic slates, with pockets of shell limestone, particularly prevalent in the Flamberg vineyard area.
