In Spain's smallest appellation, D.O. Alella, known for its intimate community of eight producers spanning 240 hectares, there lies a cherished family-run winery. For the Pujol-Busquets family, the art of crafting certified organic wines and cava has been their devotion since 1991. Experience a unique sparkling wine crafted exclusively from 100% Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo). This Brut Nature sparkler boasts zero dosage and zero additives, with no added sulfites. Crafted using the ancestral method with disgorgement, it offers a delightful array of white fruit aromas, including citrus and green almond. On the palate, you'll encounter enticing pastry notes, followed by a refreshing touch of salinity.

There is one more and new Cava, in this case an ultra-young and with no added sulphites Bruant, produced with old-vine Pansa Blanca (Xarello) grapes from granitic soils sold without liqueur d'expedition. The nose is quite reticent, with shy notes of white fruit and flowers and hints of dry herbs. The palate is sharp and saline, clean and fresh, and the bubbles are better integrated than you might think.
