his unusual and elegant wine is a 100% unfiltered Syrah, crafted without barrel aging to showcase its pure and pristine character. Named in honor of François Massol's parents, the chief winemaker at Domaine de Sauzet, this powerful red embodies the true essence of Languedoc Syrah. The nose is an enticing blend of liquorice and black pepper, setting the stage for what follows. On the palate, it reveals silky tannins and rich black fruit flavors, culminating in a long, lingering aftertaste that invites you back for another sip.
