The Fojetta wine is meticulously crafted from their finest Viognier grapes, ensuring the preservation of this grape's distinctive aromas. A gentle, low-temperature vinification process is employed to maintain the grape's inherent freshness and balance. The name "Fojetta" hearkens back to a historical measurement unit during the papal rule of Pope Sixtus V, representing the sale of wine in Roman taverns in 1/2 liter volumes.
