    Winemaking:Grapes undergo gentle pressing, with juices lightly settled before barreling. Both natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations proceed spontaneously in Stockinger barrels. The wines mature on natural lees for a year without filtration or fining. 40% reserve, Each bottle is manually disgorged 6 months prior release. The dosage is only 4g/l.
