Tasting Notes

La Frémine is a pure expression of Chenin Blanc grown on schist soils in the heart of Savennières. This organic cuvée comes from a single vineyard plot of the same name, cultivated using biodynamic principles. In the glass, it shows a pale-yellow colour with brilliant reflections. The nose is delicate and fresh, offering notes of white flowers and lime. On the palate, it strikes a perfect balance between salinity and minerality, with remarkable precision and length.
