Winemaking:Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, moderate use of sulphites. Unfined and filtration.

Viticulture:Perched at an altitude of 960 meters, this 80-hectare land has 60 hectares dedicated to vineyards, cultivating varieties like Malbec, Bonarda, Cabernet Franc, and more, including Viognier, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon blanc. The terrain consists of loam, interspersed with sandy loam patches.
