Discover the '7 Dynamic Brunello Crus.' A decade ago, Hayo Loacker's passion led him on a journey akin to Burgundy's vineyard classification at Corte Pavone, Montalcino. Through precise infrared sensing and dynamic micro-parcelling, seven unique Brunello vineyards emerged. Each harvest season, new measurements refine grape selection, optimizing the individuality of each vineyard. Fiore del Vento 2015: A deep, dark ruby exudes aromas of ripe dark berries, blackberries, and blackcurrants, complemented by subtle spices. Its finish is pronounced, marked by velvety tannins, radiating charm and vivacity.
