Tasting Notes

The Les Monets cuvée captivates with its luminous pale yellow-gold hue and a fluid, bright disc. The initial nose reveals ripe fruits like quince compote and Mirabelle plum, subtly refreshed by notes of orange and pineapple. Upon aeration, the Champagne unfolds additional layers of orange blossom, almond, warm apple, and a touch of peppermint with honey accents. The palate experiences a supple and fresh contact, accompanied by a creamy effervescence. The Champagne develops a pulpy and crunchy fruity character, sustained by integrated orange acidity. The harmonious finish impresses with a ray of freshness, illuminating the palate with delicate salinity.

Winemaking:Fermentation takes place in thermoregulated vats, followed by full malolactic fermentation and extended maturation on the lees. Bottled in May 2019, the wine underwent poignettage to enhance lees contact, before being disgorged from February 2022.
