Masot Fiabe di Vino stands as the house's bestseller, celebrated for its poised balance and vibrant freshness. On the nose, it reveals bright citrus aromas intertwined with yellow apple and nectarine, underpinned by delicate floral nuances. The palate is elegant and lively, with fine, persistent bubbles, a mineral streak, and a pronounced sapidity that reflects its calcareous marl terroir. The finish is long and persistent, offering a refined, terroir-driven expression that delights from first sip to last.

Winemaking Style:Minimal Intervention

Harvest:The 2024 vintage was characterized by a lot of rain in the first part of the season, followed by extreme heat in July, a cool August however allowed us to guarantee excellent aromatic ripeness, overall a good vintage with lower production than average.

Winemaking:Grapes are gently pressed, carefully separating the first and second pressings to preserve purity and finesse. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by four months of maturation to develop texture and balance. The wine then undergoes secondary fermentation using the Martinotti method in autoclaves for 40 days, resulting in a lively, fine-bubbled Prosecco with elegance and freshness.
