Viticulture:In the Ardea region near Rome, vineyards at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level employ a double Guyot training system with a density of 4500 plants per hectare, yielding 90 quintals.

Sospiro is a beautiful wine with creamy intensity nicely woven into a lean-bodied mouthfeel. The bouquet is redolent of summer peach and pear. This blend of mostly Trebbiano Verde with Malvasia from volcanic soils offers lots of pretty intensity and softness, awarding you with all the basics of a solid and just really good Italian white
