Today, Rui Roboredo Madeira descendent of a 8th generation Douro tradition, is setting the pace for the growing quality of Portuguese wines, having reached for Portugal some of the most disputed awards in the world of wines, from "Top 10 Wine Spectator" to "Best White Wine "at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. The 2018 Colheita radiates a vibrant aroma, evoking cool summer nights in the Douro Superior. With hints of violets, dark fruits, and subtle French barrique, its palate offers freshness and fine tannins, indicative of the Douro valley, hinting at longevity and a continuous aromatic journey.
