Tasting Notes

This is a pure expression of Viognier. Its straw-coloured appearance is accentuated by subtle greenish highlights. The complexity of aromas is striking, featuring apricot, pineapple, and yellow peach, along with delicate floral notes reminiscent of wisteria and broom. On the palate, it offers a round, soft, fresh, and slightly saline experience. The finish is remarkably long, leaving a delightful trace of citrus fruits and apricot on the palate.

Viticulture:Located in the Tuscan's Maremma, the farm's soil boasts a medium-textured composition, predominantly clay and sand, enriched with a substantial calcium and limestone content
