This Italian Syrah presents a beautifully balanced and intense profile, showcasing a complex nose that invites exploration. Aromas of black pepper and subtle leather intertwine with layers of dark fruit and aromatic spices, creating a captivating bouquet. On the palate, the wine reveals a full-bodied, enveloping sip that envelops the senses, delivering rich flavours that linger. Its well-structured body provides depth and elegance, culminating in a long, persistent finish that resonates with warm, spicy notes.

Harvest:Hand-picked mid-September.

Winemaking:Fermentation occurs spontaneously and without the addition of yeasts, in stainless steel tanks. After a period of approximately 7 to 15 days, fermentation concludes, and the grape pomace is pressed.

Viticulture:Terra Argillosa extends over six hectares and wines are the result of never-ending research for purity. Vineyards are 180 metres above sea level, with a dense structure of about 5500 stumps per hectare.

Food Pairing:Lamb shoulder roast, Beef bourguignon, Grilled venison, Barbecue spare ribs, Wild mushroom risotto, Spicy Moroccan lamb tagine, Blackened Cajun chicken, Pappardelle with wild boar ragu.
