Tucked into the heart of Surry Hills, the space brings together a tightly curated lineup of organic and biodynamic bottles from makers who farm with intention, tread lightly on the planet, and deliver seriously good flavour.

Our Surry Hills store is an immersive space for conscious drinkers; equal parts bottle shop and learning hub. What spirits do you stock?
Organic vodka, gin, tequila, mezcal, cognac, whisky, rum, amaro, bitters, and liqueurs. Every bottle is certified organic or additive-free.
Do you have the same selection in-store as online?
The store is curated and rotates often. Online is our full range. If you can’t find something in-store, we can order it in.
Can I taste organic gin before buying?
Yes, visit during daily tastings, 5:30–7:30pm.
Do you stock 100% agave organic tequila?
Yes. We specialise in certified organic tequila and mezcal including Don Alvaro, Buen Amigo, Dulce Vida, Tres Agaves, and artisanal mezcals from Zacbe.
How do I find preservative-free wine in Sydney?
FAB is your spot. We’re the only store dedicated entirely to certified organic wine—many preservative-free.
Can I bring a group for a tasting?
Yes, private tastings available by appointment.
Do you have organic cognac?
