After two years shaping the organic drinks scene online, FAB has opened its first physical home in the heart of Surry Hills. We are Australia's only bottle shop dedicated entirely to certified organic and biodynamic wines and spirits — a tightly curated lineup from makers who farm with intention, tread lightly on the planet, and deliver seriously good flavour.
This is not a supermarket wine aisle. It is an immersive space for curious, conscious drinkers — equal parts bottle shop and learning hub, with a team who genuinely know what they are talking about and love sharing it.

Can I buy in-store and have it delivered?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide. Just ask the team in-store, call us on (02) 9475 7828, or place your order online at drinkfab.com.au. Free delivery on orders over $200.
What spirits do you stock?
Organic vodka, gin, tequila, mezcal, cognac, whisky, rum, amaro, bitters and liqueurs. Every bottle is certified organic or additive-free. We specialise in 100% agave tequila and artisanal mezcal.
Is the in-store selection the same as online?
The store is curated and rotates often. Online is our full range. If you cannot find something in-store, we can order it in — just ask.
Can I taste organic gin before buying?
Yes. Visit during daily tastings, 5:30–7:30pm — we regularly include spirits alongside wines. No bookings, no charge.
Do you stock 100% agave organic tequila?
Yes — it is a speciality. We carry Don Alvaro, Buen Amigo, Dulce Vida, Tres Agaves and artisanal mezcals from Zacbe, among others. All 100% agave, certified organic or additive-free.
How do I find preservative-free wine in Sydney?
FAB is your spot. We are the only store in Sydney dedicated entirely to certified organic wine — a large portion of which is also preservative-free. Come in and we will help you find exactly what you are looking for.
Can I bring a group for a private tasting?
Yes. Private tastings are available by appointment — tailored to your group's preferences, styles and interests. Contact us at hello@drinkfab.com.au to discuss.
