Since 1991, the Pujol-Busquets family has been passionately producing certified organic wines and cava. This wine reveals a remarkable aromatic complexity, where a medley of fruit flavours like banana, mango, papaya, and peach blend seamlessly with delicate white floral scents, all nuanced by the subtle influence of Allier oak from barrel aging. It greets the palate with freshness, unfolding into a rich, fruity, and creamy texture, all the while maintained in perfect harmony by a crisp acidity.
