Amastuola Estate stands as a unique testament to its breathtaking landscape, where vine rows meander like parallel waves through the vineyards. This plateau's viticultural history dates back over 3,000 years to the ancient Greeks. Here, Mediterranean native grape varieties flourish in perfect harmony with the terroir, showcasing a deep commitment to environmental and ecosystem preservation. In Aglianico Rosé, delicate fruity and floral notes of raspberry, cherry, oleander, and rose intertwine with subtle herbal hints. It offers a slender, well-balanced, and savory profile, perfectly complemented by the right amount of acidity.

Winemaking:Harvested at night and cryomacerated for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures. Ageing occurs in medium-sized tanks equipped with micro-oxygenation and temperature control devices.

Viticulture:Situated in Murgia, a sub-region of Puglia in southern Italy, the area rests on an undulating plateau at an altitude of 220 meters above sea level. The soil features a variety of compositions but is uniformly marked by an abundant mineral content, which originates from the clay. These fertile soils are further textured with layers of peat and rock.

Their unwavering belief in the local wine industry led to an ambitious and entirely organic endeavor, aimed at dispelling the ghosts of past neglect that loomed over the region's agricultural landscape. Out of this dedication emerged the 'Amastuola' garden vineyard, a creation brought to life by the vision of renowned landscape architect Fernando Caruncho. He artfully designed undulating vine rows that seem to ripple like waves through the tapestry of time in this ancient land. This renaissance began with the vineyard, now lovingly known as the "Vineyard-Garden Amastuola." It has become a place of pilgrimage for garden enthusiasts, botanists, and intrepid garden magazine journalists from across the globe. They are all drawn to the compelling narrative of this remarkable reawakening, where a rich history meets a promising future.
