Jean-Marc Brocard embodies the essence of conviction, perfection, and meticulous dedication to winemaking. He embarked on his vinicultural journey in 1971 by acquiring a small vineyard, initially as a part-time pursuit to learn the trade. Today, he commands a sprawling 100 hectares of vineyards, strategically situated in the most esteemed locations. Over the past decade, a significant portion of this land has transitioned to organic cultivation, with a growing emphasis on biodynamic practices. Crafted from vines averaging fifty years of age, this Chablis village wine boasts a luscious, buttery-creamy texture. Its integrated acidity adds finesse to the palate, enhancing the refined aromas of apricot and vanilla. While delightful in its youth, this wine is already remarkably approachable, with the promise of reaching its full maturity in the years ahead.
