A dry Lambrusco, undergoing an extended Charmat fermentation for fine and enduring bubbles, sourced from organic and biodynamic agriculture, exclusively from 100% Salamino grapes. With a 10-month fermentation featuring indigenous yeasts, it delivers an explosion of fruit flavors. Revealing a ruby-red color with a gentle violet hue, it captivates with floral notes giving way to a fruity blend of raspberries, blueberries, and wild strawberries. This vibrant wine boasts a fulfilling body, balanced by a crisp and mineral finish.
