This wine is a harmonious blend of Malbec from young vines and Alicante sourced from seventy-year-old vineyards. The Malbec contributes fine, straight tannins, enhanced by a lovely balance of acidity and fluidity. The Alicante, a traditional grape variety in the Peyriac region, introduces a subtle kirsch cherry flavour and imparts a distinctive purple hue. Winemaking:The blend consists of 80% Malbec and 20% Alicante, which were destemmed and macerated together for 20 days to ensure optimal flavor extraction. The wine is then crafted and aged in cement vats, which impart a distinctive character to the blend.

Viticulture:The vineyards are situated in clayey and calcareous soils, layered over sandstone banks within the colluvial areas of Minervois. The plots are oriented southward at sea level, allowing for optimal sun exposure and contributing to the unique characteristics of the grapes.
