Winemaking:The destemming process is carried out completely without crushing, followed by a maceration time of 15 days. The wine then undergoes a maturation period of 30 months on lees, aging in tank, and is subjected to light filtration and fining.

Viticulture:Domaine de la Madone, nestled on the slopes of Madone hill in Fleurie, one of Beaujolais' esteemed crus, boasts Le Perréon vineyard. This site, renowned for its crumbled pink granite soils, is organically farmed despite challenging steep slopes and loose topsoil. With vines aged a minimum of 40 years, including many over 75 years old, it stands as a testament to the region's heritage.
