Winemaking:8-day maceration of destemmed grapes, followed by pressing. Natural fermentation takes place with indigenous yeast in fiberglass tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for 7 months in stainless steel tanks.

Nestled along the Alsatian wine road, on the outskirts of Colmar, in Ingersheim, the Envol Estate is the beautiful result of a union between two families. Their vineyard, spanning a 15 km radius around the winery, covers approximately 20 hectares (about 50 acres).
