The Chardonnay grape, a transplant from Burgundy to Jura centuries ago, now thrives as a local favorite. Its versatility shines on the region's limestone and light soils. Villet's Chardonnay unveils a harmonious blend of white fruit, hawthorn, and acacia notes. The palate's captivating minerality unveils an impeccably balanced, refined, and spirited wine.

Winemaking:Grapes are gravity-fed into a thermo-regulated tank for fermentation. After pressing, the musts settle at controlled temperatures. Fermentation begins and is kept at a low temperature (20-22°C). The wine ages in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 2-3 months, preserving its minerality, fruit purity, and crisp acidity.

Viticulture:The terroir features heat-retaining soils like limestone, marlstone screes, and sandy, clay-rich areas. The continental climate brings warm summers and chilly winters at 350m altitude.
