Situated in Savigny-lès-Beaune, to the north of the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Jean-Michel Giboulot proudly manages 12 hectares of vineyards across the finest appellations, including Beaune 1er Cru, Pommard, Savigny 1er Cru, and Savigny-lès-Beaune, with a predominant focus on Pinot Noir. From less than one acre in this coveted appellation, Jean-Michel Giboulot has crafted a truly sophisticated wine. It exudes a symphony of aromas, with undercurrents of undergrowth, leather, red fruits, and subtle spices.
