Balsamic aromas of eucalyptus, ripe black fruit, and a background of cinnamon and vanilla, with cocoa notes. It presents a pleasant palate in the mouth; an ample, long, and fleshy wine; with fair acidity and sweet tannins.

Harvest:Hand-harvested mid September, Night harvesting avoiding oxidation and high daytime temperatures.

Winemaking:Cold maceration for 2-3 days at temperatures between 8-10°C, allowing indigenous yeast to carry out fermentation for approximately 15 days, with temperatures not exceeding 28°C.
