Crafted and distilled in Paraguay, our rum is made from 100% organic sugar cane, nurtured by the natural water sources rich in essential minerals that enhance the rum's unique flavour profile. The vast, lush forests of Paraguay, teeming with diverse flora and fauna, inspire the spirit behind every bottle. Aged in oak barrels previously used for whisky, this organic rum offers a rich, complex flavour profile. With a subtle sweetness of 1.96g of sugar per 100ml, it is crafted from high-quality molasses and undergoes a tropical distillation process. The rum is aged in continental conditions for a carefully curated blend of 3 years, resulting in a smooth and refined spirit.
