With decades of experience in winemaking, they embarked on a journey to delve into their profound passion for botanicals and spirits. Albertine, their exceptional creation, is a complex and fragrant Gin that boasts 38 organic botanicals. It is meticulously batch distilled in their 150L Arnold Holstein still and balanced with pure Kaweka spring water. This Gin reveals top notes of lime leaf, white currant, cedar, mango, and subtle floral hints. The infusion of exotic spices brings warmth and enduring flavors to the palate. Albertine is perfect for a unique Gin and Tonic experience or enjoyed over ice as a sipping Gin. When used in cocktails, it imparts an ethereal dimension, elevating your drink to new heights.
