Winemaking Style:Progressive yet respectful of tradition

Harvest:The 2024 vintage was characterised by perfect conditions, resulting in beautiful, crunchy acidity and an intense fruit flavour, with prominent ester compounds.

Winemaking:Both free-run and pressed juice were used after the fruit was crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under cool conditions, and the wine was bottled early to preserve the freshness of its primary fruit characteristics. It also underwent minimal filtration before bottling.
