Their mission is to revive ancestral vineyard varieties, employing time-honored practices in the La Manchuela region. This wine presents itself as a clean and vibrant pale yellow, adorned with greenish undertones. Its aroma exudes medium to high intensity, marked by a refreshing clarity. Macabeo grape's primary scents encompass zesty notes like lemon and grapefruit, delicate white floral tones reminiscent of orange blossom and jasmine, all set against a backdrop of freshly mown grass.
