From Bordeaux, La Croix Simon is a certified organic estate farming since 1986, producing expressive and approachable wines that highlight freshness, purity and regional character. This Bordeaux Blanc is fresh and aromatic, showing gooseberry, grapefruit and pear layered with white blossom, tropical fruit and fresh herbs. The palate is silky yet vibrant, balanced by bright acidity and a clean mineral lift.
