In Vi Dolc 2018, nature's complexity is artfully captured. Ripe black fruits like currant, native plants, and figs fallen in the vineyard during late autumn intertwine seamlessly in its aroma. On the palate, our unique microclimate ensures a luscious and creamy mouthfeel akin to velvet, without the fear of over-ripeness. The wine boasts a harmonious blend of black fruit flavors, complemented by balsamic notes from the medicinal herbs in our surroundings, subtle spiciness, a touch of nuttiness reminiscent of walnuts, and vibrant citrus hints of blood orange.
