The Flagship wine of the house, has a powerful and velvety nose unfolds, where raspberry and strawberry compote mingle with toasted notes of licorice and a hint of leather, offering a rich complexity of remarkable depth. The wine's delicate tannin structure caresses and envelops the palate generously. Throughout the tasting journey, a nuanced palette of aromas creates a lingering sensory experience, highlighted by delicate hints of strawberry fruit jellies, culminating in a subtly sweet finish, gracefully guided by the tannins.

Chateau de Parnay, an enchanting historical chateau with roots tracing back to the middle ages. Antoine Cristal, illustrious predecessor, left an indelible mark by being the first to introduce American Rootstock to Loire region. In 1905, During Antoine's helm Chateau de Parnay Blanc achieved a remarkable feat by being crowned the best among great French wines. In 2006, the Château found a new custodian in Roger Vincenot, a renowned producer hailing from Champagne, adding another chapter to its storied history. Spanning 35 hectares within the Saumur-Champigny appellation, the Chateau also boasts two notable Monopoles, La Coulée du Méridien thrives in an exceptional clay-limestone terroir, terraced to capture the full southern exposure and intriguingly, it lies right on the path of the Greenwich Meridian and Le Clos D’entre Les Murs, a mesmerizing parcel with 11 parallel walls, Chenin Blanc reigns supreme, and its uniqueness is recognized as a Historic Monument.
