Cascina Clarabella, renowned for its excellence in organic sparkling wine production, also stands as an outstanding social project. Here, 60 neurodivergent individuals receive professional care, as well as opportunities for work and living, fostering their integration into everyday life. The Franciacorta Brut is the winery's introductory offering, but it boasts high quality. Aged for 18 months on lees, it presents intense mineral notes alongside hints of hay and candied fruits. The fine mousse provides a fresh and crisp finish.
