Winemaking:50% Whole Bunch, indegenous yeast 25-days fermentation in tanks at temperature controlled. 12-15 months in oak barrels 25% new. Barrels from various sources and different coopers, with medium to heavy toasting at the heart of the wood

Viticulture:In Charmes-Chambertin, we encounter upper layers of limestone with entroques, and beneath that, an outcrop of Comblanchien limestone, concealed by colluvial deposits.
