This is a great example of the new style of Barossa Shiraz, it has all the hallmarks of this style with well-structured fine grain tannins, dry herbs dark fruits and earthly notes with a toasty oak finish which are all well balanced.

Winemaking Style:Modern

Winemaking:No use of added tannins or fining agents and the wines are naturally clarified through gravity (racking) without filtration. Therefore all wines are vegan-friendly.

Viticulture:Planted in 1902, the Hart block is the oldest certified organic vineyard in the Barossa Valley. Vines are sustained by the natural fertility of the soil, rather than by over fertilising with synthetic soluble chemicals. Plants develop stronger cell walls which provides a natural defence against disease.
