This wine was the first fully certified organic Sauvignon Blanc to be released to the world, the grapes are grown in Nelson NZ. It's packed with flinty and minerals on the nose and has a clean and savoury finish on the palate.

Harvest:The old vines are on Scott Henry trellising whilst the new vines were trellised on vertical shoot position.

Winemaking:The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed before being cool fermented to preserve the vibrant, fresh Sauvignon characters.

Viticulture:From the vineyards located near Nelson at the top of the South Island of New Zealand.
