Tasting Notes

An unusual blend of 75/25 Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot from the certified organic vineyard site on Wildwood Rd, grown to co-harvest and co-ferment. This vibrant chillable red was first released in  2020, and had significantly longer skin contact resulting in a darker colour and more pronounced tannins. With this release, it was intented to dial those tannins back in and focus on aromatics and a tropical palate for easy summer drinking.
