Pink Sheep Pinot Gris presents, expressive interwoven flavours of white and yellow stone fruits, floral notes and delicate honeysuckle are melded with a subtle nutty detail. The palate is silky and generous with an initial tease of sweetness but finishes deliciously long and dry. Soho's 'Pink Sheep' series is a project aimed to help charities that focus on mental health, the environment, children and animals. 50 cents of every bottle sold goes towards the nominated cause for each wine. A feel good wine all round.
