Tasting Notes

Non-alcoholic Sparkling wine made from from Riesling grapes. A fresh, sparkling Riesling, which IS harvested by hand and then gently pressed through whole grape pressing. Maturing takes place in a stainless steel tank, then the wine is de-alcoholised and bubbled. The taste of the Blanc Pur is dry, and shows the typical Riesling aromas, such as white peaches and apples. Blanc Pur is 100% organic and 100% vegan. Lively, elegant without alcohol!.

Viticulture:Rich loess-loam soils, nurturing both young and mature vines in the prime vineyards of Osthofen and Mettenheim.
