The wine post ferment was simply fined using vegan friendly products and clarified for bottling.

The Natural Wine Co

The Natural Wine Co. is the latest project from Rebecca and Jason O'Dea, known for their success with 'Pig in the House.' This time, they're expanding their horizons, eager to highlight the Central Ranges region's capacity to craft lively and accessible wines through Certified Organic grape cultivation. Their Shiraz is produced without any additional preservatives, and they've also introduced an excellent Organic Sauvignon Blanc, a versatile choice for various occasions. After successfully introducing their inaugural 2014 Shiraz, the team, comprising a restaurateur, distributor, vigneron, winemaker, and banker, continued their collaboration to expand their wine portfolio.
