This approach encompasses the use of indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfur, and a holistic approach aligned with the lunar calendar for winemaking. The Collection Vaucluse Rouge is an accessible Merlot-Shiraz blend, featuring a fruit-forward style with abundant aromas of luscious red fruits. The palate is smooth and uncomplicated.
