This wine is beautifully entwined from the very start. On the nose and rolling into the palate ruby grapefruit, lemongrass and bouquets of green and white florals. This racy, crisp, intelligent wine is tightly bound with a core of minerality and refreshing acidity. There is an elegant juiciness to this Riesling.

Viticulture:From Rosie's Block in Upper Moutere, Nelson, established in 1999. The vineyard sits at 90m elevation and has a north-facing aspect. The soil type is Moutere clay gravels and the soil composition is deep sandy loam with 19% clay content and little stone content.

Formerly know as Neudorf Moutere Riesling Dry up to 2019 vintage) Concentrated, mouth-wateringly dry riesling with citrus, lime, apple blossom and oyster-shell mineral characters. A perfect balance of subtle sweetness and crisp acidity builds pleasing tension and a lengthy finish. Should develop well with bottle age.

Stonefruit, apple, citrus leaf and blossom perfume. Fresh, firm, but with some give and generosity to it, a little bit of chalk to texture, a ripe grapefruit zing, finishing long and juicy, yet controlled. Lovely drink. All just so.
