Crafted entirely from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, the splendid Cerasuolo rose, translating to "Cherry Red," acquires its deep, rich color through a brief maceration before the skins are removed. After hand-picking, the grapes undergo a six-month chilling and stabilization process in stainless steel tanks at 16°C post-maceration, ensuring the preservation of the fragrant bouquet's freshness.
