Viticulture:Grown throughout warmer regions in Southern Italy, Fiano thrives in Heathcote's warm days and cool nights. The majority of the fruit came from Chalmers vineyard on the eastern side of the Mount Camel range in Colbinabbin, along with a small amount from our Tellurian vineyard where ancient rich, decomposed greenstone rock and limestone and soil depths up to 2m allow roots to reach deep, while relatively low fertility controls vigour and yield.

Food Pairing:Grilled prawns with citrus marinade, barramundi with herbs and lemon, caprese salad, chicken piccata, spaghetti aglio e olio, Greek salad, grilled vegetable platter, Vietnamese spring rolls, lemon chicken orzo soup, sushi, light seafood pasta
