Francisco Gomez proudly unveil the Bocanegra collection. Inspired by the legendary pirate Bocanegra, who sailed the Mediterranean with an eyepatch and an arsenal, these wines embody the spirit of adventure. Amidst the sun-drenched landscapes of La Serrata, they discovered their true treasures, their wines. With flavors reminiscent of forest raspberries, fresh herbs, cherries, violets, licorice, and blood oranges, each sip is a journey of taste and discovery.

Winemaking Style:Minimal Intervention

Harvest:Hand-harvested mid September. Night harvesting avoiding oxidation.

Winemaking:Pre-fermentative maceration lasting 2-3 days at temperatures between 8-10º C. Afterward, the native yeast take over for fermentation, which extends for more than 15 days, with temperatures not exceeding 28º C.
