At Gorghi Tondi, a profound connection with the natural landscape, characterised by the High, Middle, and Low whirlpools (or 'Gorghi') that inspired the winery's name, is evident. This area has been safeguarded as a natural oasis by the WWF since 1998, boasting a rich diversity of avian and aquatic species and an intriguingly unique flora. Terre Siciliane IGP. Organic rosé wine vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks. Bright salmon pink. The nose combines the fragrant floral notes of violet, the flavours of the sea breeze and red fruits. On the palate it is dry, harmonious, pleasant, and slightly spicy. Grapes: 100% Nerello Mascalese.
